My background is very technical and I can code just about anything myself; However, most of my value comes from strategy ( what to build, when, and how? Rewrite and start over or not? ), and from leading engineers the right way. I can talk business with you and talk tech with the engineers, often eliminating many misunderstandings and significantly reducing your risk.

Over the last couple of decades I’ve built hundreds of products, founded companies, had some exits, worked as a consultant, worked for startups, big corporations pre and post IPO, and seen just about everything there is to see when it comes to software and data products delivered over the internet for both B2C and B2B.
